Official Rules for Listen, Here’s the Thing – Our Favorite Things 2025 Giveaway

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Listen, Here’s the Thing, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Our Favorite Things Giveaway, an entrant must follow these steps:

• Entrant must enter their email address at https://www.listenheresthething.com/giveaway.
• After entry, entrant’s email address must be an active subscriber throughout the entirety of the giveaway so that Listen, Here’s the Thing can view and verify your submission.
• Entries must be submitted between Monday, November 10, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST, and Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST.

3. Email Usage

By participating in this giveaway, you agree that Listen, Here’s the Thing and any other brands owned and operated by BeAlive Inc can send any and all marketing messages and efforts to.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive the following prize package with a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $513.88.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will take place on or about Wednesday, December 17, once the giveaway period closes. The winner will be notified via the email address they provided at entry.

The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified time frame, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

6. General Conditions

Listen, Here’s the Thing reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Listen, Here’s the Thing in its sole discretion. Listen, Here’s the Thing reserve the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these official rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Listen, Here’s the Thing, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the giveaway or receipt of any prize.

8. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Michigan. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Listen, Here’s the Thing in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Listen, Here’s the Thing Privacy Policy and will be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway.

11. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Listen, Here’s the Thing, attn: Our Favorite Things 2025, 4400 James Savage Rd. Midland, MI 48642, by January 5, 2026. The winner's name will be available after the winner has been verified. By participating in this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Listen, Here’s the Thing, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
