Menopause Sucks

This week on *MenoPause Sucks*, Katie and Meko dive into all things fall, football, and... well, the inevitable reality of menopause. First, they share their relief that spooky season is finally winding down after being bombarded by scary movies and Halloween everywhere. Meko, who usually goes all out for Halloween, is hilariously scrambling to find a costume this year.

Then, it’s all about the latest season of "Love Is Blind". Katie and Meko discuss the weddings, but they just can't agree on Nicky D and Hannah.

They also weigh in on who’s still together and who’s better off apart. Of course, there’s plenty of "Real Housewives" drama (because duh, we’ve got opinions!). Meko’s even got a guess about who they might run into when they're in the OC—can you guess who? The duo also spill about their weekend trip to the UofM football game and some concert chatter (from Justin Timberlake canceling to Zach Bryan breaking up with Bri and Dave Portnoy going full Swifty). And naturally, there’s a little P Diddy gossip sprinkled in. The main event?

Katie and Meko get real about menopause—what supplements they’re taking, what workouts they’ve quit, and what they’re doing now. Spoiler alert: a lot about aging just *sucks*.

Plus, they chat about celebrity fitness queen Tracy Anderson, their favorite saucy reads, and round it all off with a speed round of questions. Whether you’re battling hot flashes or just here for the laughs, this episode is packed with fun!
