Vine Cliff

This week’s Sip & Spill was one of those “hold on… say that price again?” wine moments. Katie and Meko popped open the 2021 Vine Cliff Napa Valley Cabernet and immediately got why this winery lives on Napa’s so-called billionaires’ row.

Big, bold, smooth, and doing the absolute most in the glass. It tastes expensive. It feels expensive. But Wine Spies worked their magic and made it very affordable, which is our favorite kind of plot twist.

Bottom line: this one was loved, the deal was unreal, and once it disappeared, it disappeared with attitude.

Wilson

A $25 Wilson Old Vine Zinfandel from Wine Spies that went down way too easily. Then, the real spill of the Diddy documentary and the glaring omissions that had us side-eyeing everything. Grab a glass and hang.
